Safety on the Internet Workshop

Lake County Websites & Computer Repair in Middletown will be having a computer workshop on Saturday July 15th from 2-4pm,

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

1. Avoid Viruses and other Malware - Learn how to be smart on the internet and not get unwanted programs on your computer.
2. Keep your Computer up to date - Learn about Anti-Virus programs, what programs to update and what never to click on.
3. How your Computer gets Infected - Both Macs and PC's can get infected.
4. Avoid Scams - Learn to stay clear of the latest scams to steal your money and info.

Rudiger is the owner of Lake County Websites & Computer Repair in downtown Middletown and has over 20 years of experience installing, trouble-shooting, and working with computers.  

If you have a laptop, you may bring it along and connect to the high-speed internet. However, your own computer is not necessary.  Rudiger’s laptop screen will be projected on a 120" screen.  The workshop will be held on Saturday, July 15th, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 15642 Armstrong Street in Middletown in the Jazzercise Center (two blocks behind the post office).
